Are you someone who loves to grow (mentally and physically)? Do constantly make yourself learn a new thing for betterment? And why in any sense Self-improvement is important?

Self-improvement means self-awareness, A process of introspection to understand your character behavior, fears, happiness, and ambitions. It is an action that makes visible and desirable changes in you. By taking good care of health, taking steps to be financially independent, to speak about your point of view, starting things which make you happy, being a responsible person in relationships as well as official performance, taking note on being physically fit and more. An individual is either moving forward or backward and working on yourself will never be limited. It is just a keep-going process where you change yourself to be better than ever.

For me, self-improvement means personal development that can make me a better person in my view. By doing spiritual things, reading books, joining a gym, cooking food, or writer useful content.

it’s different for every person. Like all humans, everyone has some flaws and strengths. We just need to keep working on them by taking baby steps towards the Goals.

Talking about fears we usually seem to be afraid of being laughed at, being an unconfident person or an introvert, afraid of taking decisions, always looking for someone’s help, Unsure about our qualities, difficulty in language/communication, and overthinking. But trust me, it’s natural we can simply say that we are conscious about ourselves. we might pretend to be fine and compose in front of others, but we cannot lie to ourselves. Like every other thing, these things have a solution too, like if you are unsure about your abilities and qualities, you can polish them not for others but your inner self by learning new skills and techniques.

Because whenever we think we are Good we can be better.

Self-improvement is a major topic. so there are 4 main divisions:

· MANTEL AWARENESS:

Mentally, the first and most important of all four are mental health and growing mind. In today’s world, everything is fast and on-peak. Its competitive weather is household, business, relations, or society. Because of this, sometimes stress levels increase and cause problems. Just the thing we need to do is to clear our mind, our goal, and put our effort into it, make sure to do our best, and stop comparing ourselves to others. Approach a doctor if you think you cannot solve it by yourself. Read books, keep yourself calm and try to see the positive side of the world, admire nature, eat food you like, balance social and professional life me sure to have some me time, pamper yourself with treats, plan a trip, try to write a daily diary where you can talk to yourself and write new ideas, make videos and many more, stop talking too many reviews form other on your personal decisions to prevent confusion because they all are giving you their personal base experience, and experiences are always different.

· SPIRITUAL AWARENESS:

When it comes to spiritual improvement and awareness of it means how and why you are connected to your respective religion and where you need improvement like any skill. For me, spirituality is HOPE. That brings light to my mind and soul. We pray for our dreams, health, wealth, and wellbeing. It comes with many other things like stillness.

Making believe that if God is with us, everything going to be okay. But many people don’t believe in this and have opposite perspectives on this subject. We can improve spiritually by reading our holy books, taking part in religious events. Adopting good habits, making time for helping people, and most importantly, implementing positive behavior. Aesthetic satisfaction, they say, maybe the eventual goal.

An empowered soul is a soul that has recognized itself and is aware that it is the essence of who we are, that is the guiding power behind the body and mind.

· PHYSICAL AWARENESS:

Physical awareness is an important and interesting topic to discuss where every individual who falls in age 7 years too

Long till their life end, manage themselves to be physically fit. Unhealthy lifestyles, unhealthy food, and mostly junk food can cause tremendous damages to your body, like harmonic issues. But a bit of being in routine can solve this matter for good. A huge amount of people rarely follow nature’s rule by just being lazy. You can overcome this by developing new habits like jogging, yoga, gyming, and dance exercises, which are fun to do.

A good eating habit can make it easier for you, early to bed and early to rise, have a healthy breakfast keeping yourself clean, take part in co-curricular activities, cycling, have a balanced diet because a healthy mind can only take place in a healthy body. And for sure, everyone wants to look good and fresh every morning.

· PERFECTIONAL AWARENESS:

Do we often think about HOW TO BECOME A PERFECTIONAL? And how I can be in one of them. But first, we need to know what perfectionism means and how we can connect ourselves here.

Perfection is a mindset, of a person, a society, it’s a fear of failing, to get started, to get prominent with your flow in any kind of profession BUT how can we be one if we do not make mistakes, ask questions, mess up thing to find a solution to solve them. The question is, how would you suppose to be one?

What is the meaning of being a Perfectionist :

Any subject, any topic, and any tool you have experience, exposure, and knowledge about is your perfection. And you are a perfectionist for that subject. There is a thing if you start nothing for just that Right moment (which never comes) then you are wrong. The moment you are living in is the right moment to start anything. But first, start with gathering data, then the analysis of that data, write your point of view, if it is a skill-based thing seek help, take part in it right away because the present moment you are living is everything we cannot predict about future.

If you want to explore anything or any place plan about it take actions according to it, so just start it picking your flows one by one which is bothering you work on it, if you think you cannot seek help, build skills, maintain stepping onward little by little you’ll be one of them. And trust me, there are a lot of opportunities are waiting for you, and you are not considering them just for not being a perfectionist.
